Alongside your outdoor garden or raised bed, Gardi lets you create a separate "home" for your houseplants. No address or garden outline needed — you simply add your plants directly. They show up in the same app, with the same identification and the same maintenance calendar as your outdoor plants.
Handy if you're keeping track of both a garden and a collection of houseplants: everything stays organised in the same app, without the two getting mixed up.
Identification and a journal per plant
Take a photo of a leaf or flower and Gardi identifies the species — from monstera to succulent. Once the name is known, the app shows a reference photo and care advice. Everything you do afterwards — repotting, cutting back, watering at an unusual moment — you can note in the garden journal, building up a history per plant.

Do I need an address for houseplants?
No. A home with houseplants doesn't need a garden outline or address — you simply add your plants directly.
Does Gardi identify houseplants from a photo too?
Yes, the same AI plant identification works for houseplants as for garden plants. Once the species is known, Gardi shows a reference photo and care advice: how much light and water the plant needs and whether it's frost-sensitive (for example during transport or on a cold windowsill).
Do I get a reminder to water my plants?
Today Gardi mainly helps with identification, a care schedule, and keeping track of what you've already done in the garden journal. Separate per-plant watering reminders aren't there yet.
